Today was a really chill day, but as the title suggests, the rain was a bit of a bitch.
Or was it?
After I went to the gym to workout with my friend, we saw that a massive monsoon had started to take place outside. Did we go back inside and run until it was over? Maybe we should've, but instead we just ran outside, and even took the long way around. It's moments like that that make you feel like you're really living though. (Also my underwear is soaked...ugh)
In terms of my workout, I'd have to say that my current routine is working well. It's a full body routine, three times a week, and it's definitely three times faster than I've experience in the past. I'm expecting it to slow down a bit, considering I'm eating less calories so I can lose the last bit of fat, but hopefully my thinking is right in that by eating enough protein, I'll still be able to build a decent amount of muscle.
