I went a bit crazy today with calorie limits today. I finally figured out that the excess "skin" around my belly actually does have fat in them (the test was to pinch the skin around my knuckles and see how thick that is...skin is really really thin). So for a few minutes, I freaked out and tried to adjust my daily limit to be around 1400-1500, which would equal about 1.5 pounds a week.
And then I realized that in my current school environment, that is almost impossible. There are so little sources of protein around here, and to have to eat the amount that I'm aiming for is ridiculous. So all in all, I'm just eating at maintenance until the Winter Break, hoping for the best (gaining muscle and losing at least a little fat, but I know that's almost impossible), and then cutting during the entire winter break.
Besides that, my day has been pretty chill. I had to take care of some meetings and business, but this morning I went to the gym with my friend and we got to increase our rep ranges again today. Feels great! :)
