...because I've been really bad about posting to this blog. To be honest, it's partially because I have to go about a roundabout way of posting to it (through a website login and lots of clicks)...naw I'm just forgetful.
But at least now, I've found a much easier way! I'm currently typing this post on my phone through the app that the website builder I use has, and lets just say that it makes things soooo much more convenient. Only thing bringing it down is the fact that ios7 is so freakin' slow. Like, it just doesn't feel optimized, and it looks like its meant for children and small animals.
But the colors. :)
Many of the people who talk to me ask me, how did I lose all this weight? I'll go into more detail some day later, but honestly, I would have to say that the only thing you have to concern yourself with is just eating less.
I know that's putting it bluntly but if you just eat under your calorie amounts, you'll be just fine. Why? Because in most cases, the most amount of weight that you can lose safely in a week is 2 lbs. Any more, and it starts getting dangerous. Allegedly at least. But from what I've experienced, going further makes you feel like you're dying.
Bottom line is: losing weight is EASY. Its SO EASY.
