(Oops, forgot to post this yesterday!)
As you can garner from the title, I tried to make some Proatmeal pancakes. They...were gross. I don't know if it was because of me, but they were definitely dry as hell, and were honestly worse to eat than if I had just mixed the protein in with the oatmeal.
Anyway, basically what I did today was do some fasted cardio (walking), and then later on, I did a run. However, since I've been away from running for so long, I decided to use one of those 0 to 5K apps on my phone, which I've had success with in the past. Running is a pain in the ass for me right now, but hopefully I can get to where I used to be, when I actually enjoyed it.
