First off, checked my weight today. "Officially" I've only lost maybe a couple of pounds, but I fully expect it to start falling off my body starting this week.
Went for a walk today, and to change up the pace a bit, I listened to a podcast. I had heard suggestions from fitness peeps to listen to audiobooks and the like, so that walking is not boring and I get to learn something. Totally worth it. I listened to an introduction to NLP (which honestly isn't about dating or hypnotism at all) from the Art of Charm channel. Great channel by the way, with a guy who really isn't that biased and looks for the facts rather than delusions.
It made me realize that I'm already incorporating a lot of the practices, in which I am rewiring my brain to experience situations differently. I'll probably read up more about it.
Today's a rest day, so I woke up late too. The start of a new week.
