As the title says, my focus during lifts seems to be coming back. I was struggling a bit with that, again since I've been away from the gym for a little while. Woke up a little later today as well again. Why? Because it was raining.
Thankfully it stopped and I ended up being able to go. I knew rain was gonna be an issue, but now that it finally hit, I need to come up with a backup plan for when it does rain. I have two options. 1. I could move the workout to thursday instead, and combine the medium and light days into one heavy day, or 2. I could do some calisthenics. Considering I have to get used to pushups and situps, not a bad plan really.
Another day with nothing much to do. I might start studying for the GREs, so I have a few books to read. It's just...so boring.
