While on my run today, I realized I made two mistakes:
1. Completely forgot about the whole Intermittent Fasting. I was too busy getting concerned about eating before I do my morning workout that I forgot that there's a time limit, namely about 4pm these days. Gonna try to get back on track with that.
2. Since I'm going up to Troy tomorrow, I can't do my light day workout...which means that I should have done a combination heavy workout today, and not the medium workout yesterday. Oops. Not sure what I'm gonna do to fix that, but I'll play it by ear.
I don't seem to have lost any weight since Sunday, which is somewhat of a bummer, but it can be either because I'm not eating right, or more likely, its the water weight from my muscles recovering between each workout. I'm thinking that since I won't be able to work out tomorrow and saturday, and sunday's my rest day, I might have the chance to see what my weight's really like.
