Well actually 3, if you count tomorrow. I think I mentioned this in my last post, but due to traveling, I had to rest these past two days. Also gave me a chance to experiment and see what happens when I rest for a little while, because it might be able to give me a chance to lose water retention while recovering my body and seeing how much I really weigh. (woo, long sentence)
So tomorrow, I'll be walking again. HOWEVER, come Monday, I'm thinking of switching it up, and changing up my workout plan. Why? Because what I'm doing right now (All Pro) is focused on body building, with the main focus on looking good. Although I do wanna do that, I'm realizing that what matters to me is more functional strength, and therefore I think I'm going to start trying a more traditional weight lifting program. I was thinking Starting Strength, or some of the other popular ones, but I think my sights are somewhat set on Stronglifts 5x5. It seems to have positive reviews on most bodybuilding websites and forums, and from what I can tell, it hits the majors muscles with compound exercises (which is good), and its all compound exercises that I am able to actually DO (can't really do power cleans in a cramped YMCA gym...).
We shall see!
