Woo, finally got under 180! (179 lbs)
I'm thinking it might have to do with the fact that I rested the past few days. Regardless, now that I'm under 180, I have my motivation back again.
Starting Stronglifts 5x5 tomorrow, and I'm excited in a way. Why did I choose that one anyway? Well, I chose it because its basically very similar to All Pro, except with more focus on strength building. Plus, its full body three times a week (which is good for a still-beginner like me), and it has a whole bunch of compound exercises. Also because of the simple app. With All Pro, I had to keep track of all my numbers by hand, and even though it wasn't that big a deal, it was still a sort of pain in the ass.
Besides that, today I went on my rest day fasted cardio walk. Listened to podcasts again, and I gotta say it was the best decision on my part to start doing that. Exploring myself while I explore the world, I guess, haha.
