Anyway, I forgot to post yesterday (oops!), but it was the same stuff. The weights I were using felt about right, so I didn't really fudge them up too much. First time deadlifting though. I think it went pretty well, I tried to really concentrate on getting that form down. I...almost passed out though. That feeling where you can feel there's no blood going to your brain and everything's starting to get dark. Haha....I gotta breath more. At least it's not the first time that's happened, so I knew what to do.
Today's run was a little off. I think good news is that I zoned out while running, which means its more comfortable now, but bad news is that I zoned out while running, which means I wasn't able to really concentrate on my running form. Shoulder started to hurt again as a result, but oh well. Gotta keep my head in the game.
