I'm not kidding with the title. On my run today, I ran into (not literally) a bird that was kinda lying by itself on the side of the road. Wasn't sure if it was just "playin'" so I continued my run. On my way back, I saw the same bird in the same position, and I decided to move it somewhere better. I ended up putting it on top of a tree trunk. Honestly, no idea if that was the best thing to do, but I figured if I was a bird, I at least wouldn't wanna die on the side of a random road. Anyone have any thoughts on what I could've done?
BESIDES THAT, my run was pretty normal. Times were extended today, and I had a cool thought. Every time in the past I tried to get back into running, my knees and shins would be crying out in pain the first week. This is the first time that I haven't had any sort of pain, and I think it has to do with the fact that I'm ramping up intensity slowly. Yay.
