Ha not really. I've just been a little boring recently so there was nothing much to write about. Yesterday the only thing that happened was that the Y was crowded, and these guys were using the 1 squat rack for an hour. Ugh.
I'm actually writing this today before my run. I've decided I prefer running a little later in the day, when the sun is blazing hot. I generally like sweating, especially when I'm trying to tone up/lose weight.
Speaking of weight, I thought I was still at the same weight on Sunday, which scared me a bit. Lo and behold, I weighed myself again, and I had actually lost about 2 pounds. Thank goodness.
