Nope not really, but it feels good to weightlift after so much time away. And by good, I mean it was somewhat painful because I've spend so much time away. I haven't really lost too much on my weights, which is a good thing, but I have to be careful this time for my shoulder.
Also, it was painful because I went early in the morning, and I almost passed out/threw up because I had just eaten right before. Oops. forgot that was thing.
Other than that, my day of fitness is done. Had a Shakeshack burger, and by god did it have so many calories (890!). Thankfully, my breakfast had such little calories that it should be okay.
