Run run run, as fast as you can!
I ran today, following that app again. Pretty easy run, but my body and my heart weren't having it after yesterday's workout. I just keep telling myself "keep doing it for this week. After this week, you'll be doing this no problem." This is usually what happens to me, and I'm glad I know my body enough to know that.
In other news, since I'll be moving around, I've decided to give my desktop to my brother, and instead will be getting a nice tablet. I'm not a fan of laptops to be honest. I feel like the best combination for me is a desktop, and a tablet, now that tablets can basically be portable high functioning laptops. I'll probably be selling my Ultrawidescreen monitor. Any takers? :D
P.S. I'm considering getting the new Nvidia Shield Tablet. Sickkk specs.
