Title isn't what you think. I think I'm finally getting to the point where I was last year, where I couldn't wait for the next morning to come so I could work out again.
Whaaaat? Excited to wake up early and workout?
Yes. Yes, that is exactly what I'm talking about. One reason is probably because I just adjusted my new earphones to fit my ears better, and now I should properly hear the music and the bass and whatnot (music really does affect my workout, and I've found good music = good workout). But Fabian, where you're going, you can't workout with music! You should just train without music to get used to it.
That's what I thought before, but honestly, I start to lose motivation when I don't workout with music. I find for me, motivation is the key to my fitness.
