Good news: I can't make a double chin, no matter how hard I try! (not that it was ever really an issue, but not working out for a little while made it come back)
Bad news: I measured my waist, and I expected it to be smaller...but it wasn't. :/
Oh well, it's easy to let bad news ruin your motivation, but that's what I have this blog for. To share the good and the bad with the world, and let me focus on what's important. I'm a believer of "a happiness shared is a happiness doubled, a sadness shared is a sadness halved" or something like that. I forget how the original quote goes.
I think I'll have to get to the gym much earlier than I have been. I wanna do more barbell stuff, but the YMCA that I go to has a really small gym, and the only way to use the barbell is to use it on open space on the floor...which isn't that safe when there's a million people there, or even more than 5.
Well, tomorrow's running, and will represent the first full week of training that I've had.
