Hehe, as the title says. I'm thinking of continuing this blog as a weekly blog, and not a daily blog. Why? Although I like how the daily format keeps me accountable, it is time consuming, and I often don't have much to write about for one day. Also, I doubt people read this every day (although for those of you that do, thanks!).
Pretty much the past few days have been standard. Although I did switch around the schedule a little because labor day the gym was crowded as hell, and I decided to run that day instead. Good thing is that its raining on Saturday, which usually would've been a running day, so at least I avoided that travesty.
I complained last time about alternating going to the gym and running and the effect its having on my legs, but honestly its not that bad. It's just a mental battle after all. The only thing I'm worried about is that its not harder than it is, because theoretically I should be using my fat stores as energy, and its a horrible source of energy, but helps with fat loss. I also haven't lost a lot of weight since last week, but I'm not too sad about that. My body fat percentage is at a reasonable rate to continue what I'm doing, and I'm sure I'll lose the rest in time.
Anyway, I'm considering moving this to a Vlog format, but we shall see.
